Service Description
AgentCostPilot provides AI cost monitoring, optimization, and governance tools as a cloud-based SaaS platform. The service aggregates usage data from third-party LLM providers to provide cost visibility and recommendations.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service beyond its intended use.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. The Free tier is available indefinitely with stated limitations.
Limitation of Liability
AgentCostPilot provides cost data and recommendations on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for decisions made based on our recommendations or for inaccuracies in third-party billing data. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
